Mankato Cru

Community Info

The greater Mankato community is a combination of Makato and North Mankato. Their combined populations are approx. 44000 people. The campus community is built of several state, community, and private colleges whose student populations combined reach about 25,000 undergrad and graduate students. Although Mankato is no booming metropolis as the Twin-Cities are, it's growing fast and has a great residential and commercial growth and a high population of college students - a great place for ministry!

Quotes from Mankato

"Mankato Cru has affected my life greatly! Coming to college my freshman year I didn't want to be involved in a Christian organization, because I had been upset with God for letting so much bad stuff happen in my life. My roommate encouraged me to go with her. I quickly became involved and fell in love with Cru. While at Fall Retreat, I began praying that I would be able to be a light for a girl that had gone through similar obstacles that I had. Within the second week of my Sophomore year, God answered that prayer. I can see God moving in my life, and on this campus. I am excited to see what He does this year and for years to come."
